Can I return my order?

Please contact us to discuss returning your order if you wish to do so within 7 days of recieving your order. You may still be required to meet all freight costs. A store credit will normally be given in place of a cash refund.

When can I return an item that I am not happy with?

We accept returns for faulty items within 14 days of recieving your item

What condition must the items be in to be accepted for return?

In its orginal packaging as purchased

How can I show proof of purchase?

Invoice issued or reciept

What items are not eligible for a return?

Any used item or damaged packaging. Balls of wool are not eligible for return

How do you deal with faulty returns under the Guarantees act?

Please contact us discuss as soon as possible, we may need time to contact a third party for further advice on the item.

How does a Laybuy return work?

Any funds refunded or exchange value will be less Layby costs and need to be done within 7 days. Depending on the reason of return costomer my be liable for all freight costs. A store credit will normally be given under a layby refund.
