Our lovely heat packs are made in store by ourselves.    They are made using Kiwiana 100% Cotton Fabric. 
We use rice inside the heat packs and it is non scented.  We use rice then anyone with an allergy to wheat, gluten or grasses can use our heat packs. 
Size is approx 18cm wide by 45cms long devided into 3 sections to keep rice evenly spread.
2 to 3 mins in the mircowave with a glass of water and they are ready to go.
Time varys  depending on wattage of mircowave and how hot you would like your heat pack.
